Locked out?

We work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We’re not an after-hours service. If it’s outside those hours, you’ll want someone who is — we’d rather say so than take your call and leave you waiting.

Inside those hours, we come to you anywhere on the Gold Coast, with the price agreed before we leave.

What we can get you into

Houses and units

Front doors, back doors, garages. Damage-free entry wherever the lock allows it.

Shops and offices

Staff locked out, key not passed on, or a lock that’s given up mid-morning. We prioritise these because you’re losing trade.

Broken or snapped keys

Extracted from the barrel and a replacement cut on the spot, usually without touching the lock itself.

Lost keys

We’ll open up, then talk to you about whether the locks should be rekeyed in the same visit.

Two things we’ll ask on the phone

Proof you belong there. ID with the address, or a tenancy agreement, or a rates notice. Any locksmith who doesn’t ask is one you should worry about.

What the lock looks like. A photo helps us bring the right gear and quote you accurately rather than guessing.

One price, including callout and labour. If the lock turns out to be damaged and needs replacing, we stop and quote that separately before doing anything. You will not get a bigger number than the one you agreed to.
